Yare Valley Technical Services provides exceptionally high quality computer, networking and technical services to both home and business customers. We strive to provide the best quality of service possible to our customers, as we feel this is something missing from the current market. We are also Norfolk Home Call accredited, meaning that Norfolk County Council have checked our references and recommend our services.
With bases in Cantley, in Norfolk, and Redlingfield, in Suffolk, We provide a unique local Norfolk and Suffolk service. We find our customers appreciate our personal, caring service. We do not use call centres or menu systems - all our service is by local engineers from your (and our) area. For residential users, we provide home callouts, including evenings and weekends, for a computer engineer to come out to your home. We can supply a new computer or laptop, a new media centre computer for your living room, or advice you and supply components if you prefer to service your own computers. We can diagnose and repair your laptop or computer in your home, at a time of day to suit your schedule - we do evenings and weekends as well! We can set up, diagnose, repair and improve your broadband and home networking, from designing your network and supplying the parts, through to integrating all those unsightly networking and phone cables into neat sockets on the walls at each point. We can even supply and install your Hi-Fi system for you. We can also fix computers in our own workshop, if you prefer to bring your computer to us.

For Business users, we can either provide one-off callouts and services for your business, or if you need support more often or on a regular schedule then we can provide a maintenance contract for your business - a useful halfway house between one-off callouts and employing your own engineer. We can supply and install a network of computers, from fitting out a new office with computers, a system of server computers, and integrated network and telephony cabling to supplying a single computer or laptop, we can help.
